With years of professional experience in iconic venues across many countries, I'm now dedicated to bringing delicious, fresh food and exceptional service to families in our local area. I will always do my best to cook you not only really tasty food but food that good for you and your family.

In an age of readily available prepared meals, I stand for something different. I cook exclusively from fresh, prioritising the provenance and nutritional value of every ingredient. You'll find no 'nasties' in my kitchen – only free-range eggs and chicken, an abundance of fresh herbs, extra virgin olive oil and spices to elevate natural flavours. I believe in clean eating and only serve food that I would be delighted to eat myself, ensuring every dish is both wholesome and incredibly tasty.
